FOCUS - Forms Poomsae in Korean - these are choreographed motions that
simulate defending yourself against multiple attackers coming from
different areas.

2.  BLACK BELT TEA CEREMONY/POT LUCK PARTY -
Friday June 26th 6:00pm.  All friends and family members are invited to
witness our newest Black Belts and advance Black Belts receive their new
belts and then celebrate with a party afterwards.
