1.  FOCUS:  Combination attacks and Sparring.  Please bring your Safety Gear

2.  BRING A BUDDY BREAK A BOARD DAY: 
Friday 6:00pm.  Improve your focus and concentration,  develop your
confidence.  Bring a buddy and introduce them to your UMAC Family and
how much fun we have.

4.  ONLY 4 WEEKS TILL SCHOOL STARTS.  Is your child enrolled in the BEST After School Program?
UMAC will be running a special 3 day sale this week for new members keep an eye out

5.  SUMMER CAMP MOVIE PREMIER: 
The UMAC summer campers will be making a movie the next 2 weeks and we
will be holding the premier 5:00pm Friday August 19th prior to
graduation.
