Drugs in our Community

My family has lived and worked in Warwick for 29 years.  We love it here
but I am very concerned about the direction that our community is
taking.  More specifically how drugs like  Herion are making there way
into our middle schools and high schools (what's next elementary
schools).  Two local middle school children OD'd recently from heroin.

Ever since the introduction of pharmacuticals like Oxycodone (synthetic
opiod) and Vicodin and the decrease in availablity on the street of
these drugs the an increase in cheap pure heroin has peaked.

With the recent passing of another local young person in Warwick I want
to know what the wake up call has to be before we start taking action to
stop this proliferation of drugs within our community.

I have spoken to some of my teenage students and they have informed me
that drugs such as heroin and cocaine are easily obtainable in
school..."just go to the bathroom and you can get just about anything.
Kid are doing lines in the bathrooms"

How about ZERO Tolerance, if  you are found in school with drugs you are
EXPELLED for good, end of your education in our school system.

How about we let our local community leaders and politicians know how PISSED OFF we are and that we won't take it any longer.

I am open to any suggestions that you have and I am willing to take a
stand.  This has to stop.  Please contact me at umac50@optonline.net if
you have any constructive ideas about this epidemic in our community.

Normally I strive to keep my emotions in check but this is making me MAD
AS HELL and I want to know what we are going to do about it?

Sincerely

Grand Master Edmund Ciarfella
