Do you truly take the time to relax? Do you ever take a moment for yourself? This means no email, no computer, no TV, no phone…just a moment with yourself without any distractions. Can you do it? Watch for signs of upcoming stress… and apply your deep breathing technique to offset the stress and pressure. Once you are able to relax, you create a balance in life enabling you to feel confident and composed. You will be able to carry anything you desire to do in a smooth and efficient manner. Give yourself the gift of relaxing deep breaths.
